Health Care Connect, a patient advocacy service, wished to improve their online presence with a redesign of their website to help drive an increase in business. HCC wanted a refresh of the look of their website with a new modern look. They also wanted a good experience for users that were viewing on their cell phones. Their service offering could be confusing for potential customers - so special detail would need to be used to properly explain their services.
A comprehensive website redesign was done through a collaborative process of iterative feedback loops. This allowed us to create compelling content that aligned with HCC's objectives. Focusing on a modern aesthetic, a visually appealing and user-friendly interface was created, ensuring an optimal experience for mobile users and desktop users a-like.
Recognizing the potential complexity of Health Care Connect's service offerings, clear and concise explanations were developed for use throughout the website, simplifying the messaging to eliminate confusion for potential customers. Custom artwork was also created to visually explain HCC's service offerings to potential customers - giving an "instant" simplified explanation to potential customers.
The new website and it's content were created with a strong SEO focus to increase it's presence on search engines- attracting new customers to HCC. Lead capture forms were also implemented onto the website to allow for potential customers to easily get in contact with HCC.
